・Reservation Deadline：Until one week before tour starts. (Reservations made within one week may be reject.)
・Itinerary order is subject to change depending on traffic, weather or any operational reasons.
・Due to the weather conditions, traffic conditions, or suspension of operation, we may have a possibility not to achieve all the
activities. The tour will be attending to alternative places or giving out a gift as a compensation depending on a situation at that
time. Refunds will not be given for these changes.
・We will give alternative Matcha souvenirs due to the store we visitclose on a specific day in May. (Schedule is yet to be
determined)
・The lunch / restaurant may change due to operational reasons.
・We do not provide any extra drop off service.
・Customers who need lunch options will be charged more for changes on the day, therefore please select wit lunch option in
advance.
・Cruise services will be suspended if weather or sea conditions are likely to pose a danger to ship navigation, or if other
unavoidable circumstances occurred, and we will visit Fukagawa Edo Museum or Hamarikyu Gardens as an alternative place, so
we will not be going to Odaiba.
・If you are late for the tour starting time, you will not be able to join the tour mid-way.
【Cancellation Policy】
・10-5 days before travel date : 30% of tour fee
・4 days before travel date : 40% of tour fee
・3 days before travel date : 100% of tour fee
・No-Show : 100% of tour fee
※ Cancellations outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.
