・If any of the visiting places is closed, we will try to attend an alternative place.
・Due to the Mt.Fuji Hill Climb event held in early June, the Fuji Subaru Line will be closed to traffic on certain days. During this
time, we plan to visit be attending to alternative places or giving out a gift as a compensation depending on the situation at that
time. Refunds will not be given for rhese changes.
・Due to the weather conditions, traffic conditions, or suspension of operation, we may have a possibility not to achieve all the
activities. The tour will be attending to alternative places or giving out a gift as a compensation depending on the situation at
that time. Refunds will not be given for these changes.
・The lunch / restaurant may change due to operational reasons.
・We do not provide any extra drop off service.
・Some time schedules are based on 2025. They may be adjusted in 2026.
・Please note that you will not be able to bring a large luggage that exceeds the total height, width and length of 160㎝ onto
non-reserved cars of the Shinkansen. (E.g. 80cm × 50cm × 30cm)
・Customers who need each option will be charged more for changes on the day, therefore please select with lunch option or
bullet train option in advance.
・Due to traffic congestion on weekends and holidays, the tour ends at Odawara Station. So please book our tour "Return Bullet
Train", but if you have a JR Pass or don't need a Shinkansen(Bullet Train) ticket to Tokyo, you can book
with "JR Pass Holders" or "Finish at Odawara".
・If you are late for the tour starting time, you will not be able to join the tour mid-way.
【Cancellation Policy】
・10-5 days before travel date : 30% of tour fee
・4 days before travel date : 40% of tour fee
・3 days before travel date : 100% of tour fee
・No-Show : 100% of tour fee
